This DVDrack Service Agreement describes the terms and conditions on which DVDrack offer services to you. By accessing, using, viewing, reading, printing, installing, or downloading any material from the site, or becoming a member to the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the site.

Warning of Sexually Explicit Content

DVDrack may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the author and copyright owner and/or proper licensee with respect to any hosted content and you further represent and warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any third party. DVDrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's transmission(s) that, in DVDrack's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation. DVDrack and the DVDrack LOGO are trademarks and service marks of DLX Ideas, LLC ("DLX Ideas") in the United States. Other manufacturers' product and service names referenced herein may be trademarks and service marks of their respective companies and are the exclusive property of such respective owners.

Access to Site

You might see that some sites contain links to other sites. You must understand that we are not responsible of any privacy practices of other sites. When users leave are sites we recommend our users to be aware and to read privacy statements of web sites that collect personal identifiable information.

Account Registration

You can access the non-public part of any site only by being a member. To become a member of a site you must complete an online registration form, and pay the correct fee. By completing the online registration form, you agree to:

Security

As a part of the registration you have to create a user name and password which you must provide in order to gain access to the non-public part of a Site. You're Membership, user name and password (login) may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. Subscriber must inform DVDrack or the site of any sort of breach of security, such as, theft lost or illegal disclosure or use of a user name or password. Until DVDrack or the site is notified of any breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

Fees

As a subscriber, you will be responsible for paying all membership fees when due. DVDrack posts the current membership fees for each Site as part of the registration process. DVDrack reserves the right to change any Site's membership fees at any time, with or without prior notice to you. If your account is not paid by the payment due date, you're account will be deemed. You are responsible for reimbursing DVDrack for all credit card charge backs, dishonored checks and any related charges.

Termination/Cancellation

Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by DVDrack, the site or the Subscriber upon notification of the other party by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. DVDrack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or discontinue the Website and Content at any time, without notice.
